Frequently Asked Questions - Your SmarterQueue Partner Program Explained

I'm not seeing reports on visitors who click my affiliate link?

We've set up the reporting to ONLY show visitors/leads when someone signs up for a free trial. So you won't immediately see data if someone visits our site but doesn't sign up for a trial. Rest assured that anyone who clicks on your affiliate link will be tracked with a cookie, and if they sign up within 180 days, you will be credited.

Once your affiliate code is stored in our database against that user, all future payments for the lifetime of the user's subscription will automatically award commission to you, regardless of whether the cookie still exists at each payment date.

Will referrals still be tracked in incognito mode?

When someone clicks on your affiliate link, we set a cookie in their browser which lasts for 180 days. If they sign up for a free trial, we look for the affiliate code in that cookie, and save it in our database for that user. If they're browsing in normal mode, the cookie will remain for 180 days, even if they close their browser or restart their computer. However, if they're in incognito mode, the browser only keeps cookies for the duration of that browsing session - so they would have to sign up for a trial before closing the browser window.

We use first-party cookies (on our own domain), so they should not be blocked by the user's browser.

When will I get paid?

Payments will be made during the first week of every month. Commission will only be paid for purchases that were completed over 1 month prior to the payout date. We reserve the right to revoke any affiliate commission for purchases that were refunded, revoked, or removed in any way. Payouts will only be made to Affiliates with a minimum balance of $10.

How will I receive payment?

Payments will be made in USD, to your nominated PayPal account. Payments will be sent to the PayPal email address registered in your Partner Dashboard. If your email address is not linked to your PayPal account, you have two options to claim your money:

1. Make sure your PayPal email address is stored in your Partner Dashboard.

2. If a payout is sent to your non-PayPal email address, you will receive an email with instructions claim the money by linking that email address to your PayPal account. This payment, and any future payouts, will appear in your PayPal account automatically.

What if I don't have a USD PayPal account?

If you don't have a USD PayPal account, PayPal will still allow you to withdraw the funds in your own currency, or you can use the USD balance to make USD payments.

How can I track my earnings?

Your Partner Dashboard will show you a summary of how much commission is due, how much is pending, and how much has been paid. You can click on the Commissions tab to see a breakdown of all commissions, and their status.

What happens if I cancel my SmarterQueue account?

If you cancel your account, you will still be able to benefit from the Partner Program as the link will still be active and payments will still be sent to your PayPal account.

Is there a way for me to participate if I am already a customer?

Yes! All existing customers will automatically get an Partner referral link.
